The ConnecTEEN project officially launched its transnational cooperation with a highly productive Kick-off Meeting (KOM) hosted by the coordinating organization, FUNDACION INTRAS, in Valladolid, Spain.

A United Vision: Representatives from all six partner organizations across five countries (Spain, Norway, Poland, Lithuania, and Czechia) met to solidify the project’s strategy and timeline. The two-day meeting was characterized by enthusiastic collaboration, setting a strong foundation for the next two years of work.

Key Outcomes of the KOM:

  • Finalized Action Plan: The partners reviewed and finalized the detailed work plan, focusing on the upcoming activities in Work Package 2 (WP2) to develop the ConnecTEEN Well-being Measurement Tool.
  • Shared Understanding: The meeting ensured a common understanding of the project’s key objectives: early identification of mental health crises and the implementation of a community-based intervention program in VET settings.
  • Team Building: This face-to-face meeting was crucial for forging strong working relationships among the diverse experts in VET, mental health, and crisis intervention who form the ConnecTEEN consortium.

The team is excited to now move into the crucial development phase, beginning with the creation of the Well-being Tool’s conceptual framework.
